Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate will be responsible for handling employment law litigation on behalf of all clients. Provide legal advice and guidance on employment law issues, which include ADA, FMLA, wage/hour, EEO, corrective actions, employment compliance and other areas requiring legal counsel to avoid or mitigate risks. Travel on as needed basis. Attend hearings, mediations and other duties as assigned. Excellent academic credentials and membership in good standing of the Florida state bar, while maintaining all necessary licensing and continuing legal education requirements required. 1-6 years associate experience required. Knowledge of current ADA, EEO and FMLA and wage/hour defense required. Must possess strong written and oral communication skills. Proficiency with Word, Excel and other Microsoft Office products required.
