Labor & Employment Attorney The candidate should have 4-8 years of labor and employment experience. Must have practical and substantive experience advising and counseling clients on labor and employment issues; representing clients in administrative proceedings (e.g., the EEOC, NLRB, DOL and others), arbitrations, and/or state and federal courts; taking and defending depositions; and the ability to work in a team environment on a variety of matters. Excellent legal research and writing skills and strong verbal communication skills are required. Possess a strong academic background and judicial clerkship experience will be viewed favorably.
