ProfileLabor and Employment Law Associate The candidate must have 1-3 years of experience. Experience representing clients before administrative agencies in employment-related claims, litigating on behalf of management, counseling on employment matters and representing management in traditional labor matters is preferred. Desirable qualifications include litigation experience, preferably employment law related, including drafting responsive pleadings, handling all aspects of the discovery process, and drafting discovery and dispositive motions, including motions for summary judgment. Experience with traditional labor matters including union elections, NLRB proceedings, arbitrations, and contract negotiations is a plus.
