Admission to practice law in California is mandatory. Must have 4-7 years’ experience with wage-and-hour law including experience in defending complex wage-and-hour litigation matters. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling all aspects of wage and hour litigation, such as interviewing witnesses, reviewing electronically stored documents, drafting pleadings and various motions and briefs including oppositions to class certification motions, conducting and defending depositions, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and attending to certain court appearances. Must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent oral and written communication skills.
