ProfileLitigation / Employment Associate The candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of business litigation matters and to work with senior attorneys on a broad scope of employment issues. Should have 1-3 years’ experience in general litigation in both state and federal courts. Experience in representing management in employment matters such as non-competition disputes and the defense of discrimination and wage and hour claims before administrative bodies such as the EEOC, MCAD/RICHR and DOL is preferred. Must be admitted to practice in Massachusetts and Rhode Island and committed to working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and fun environment. Must have superior writing, drafting and problem solving skills, and have the ability to comfortably communicate with clients on sensitive matters.
