Labor and Employment Attorney The candidate should have experience representing clients before administrative agencies in employment-related claims and litigating on behalf of both management and employees is preferred. Should have represented clients in a variety of federal, state, and local employment matters including representing clients before Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the New York State Division of Human Rights. Experience in MSPB, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, ERISA and USERRA preferred. Experience representing employers is preferred. 1-10 years of experience in labor and employment law required. Partner level attorneys should have 10+ years of experience and the ideal partner attorneys will have a portable book of business.
