IP Patent Prosecution Associate – Electrical Engineering The candidate will prepare patent ability searches, patent applications for filing with the USPTO, draft Office Action responses, and partner with firm colleagues and client representatives regarding an array of new and exciting technologies. Must have an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, and preferably, 2+ years of patent prosecution experience. Admission to the Patent Bar is preferred, but not required. Must also hold a JD from an ABA-approved law school, and be in good standing and an active member of the Bar of the state in which they are admitted to practice. Must have strong academic credentials. Must excel in a team environment and be a highly motivated self-starter with excellent business judgment, outstanding written communication skills, and the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced professional environment.
