I would like to tell management that they should keep doing what they are doing since it has created a great work space, and that makes us put more effort, and just feel that we belong more with the firm.Pros : The legal field can be really stressful in my opinion, which is why I love working here, as the environment and my coworkers make it much more bearable and easy on me. I also like the fact that my superiors are very involved with the operations and care about us employees.
