ProfileEmployee Benefits Associate The candidate must have 1-2 years of transactional or compliance experience in the general tax or employee benefits/ERISA fields. An LL.M. in Taxation is required if no prior legal experience. Should preferably have a strong desire to be trained in and to commit to a full-time practice in the employee benefits sub-specialty area of tax law, which will include retirement plan, health and welfare plan, and executive compensation fields. Excellent academics, legal research, writing and analytical skills are required. Must be a member of the Florida Bar or willing to sit for the Florida Bar examination within one year of hire.
