Review:

"Good Salary, Mediocre Leadership"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 21, 2017

Leadership should make more of an effort to connect with employees. Accountability also needs to be a priority, as it is basically nonexistent at this time.

Pros : The compensation at this firm is very good, as are the benefits. People are generally knowledgeable and willing to help out, and the perks aren't that bad.
Cons : The leadership here doesn't really seem to care about inspiring the employees. There is favoritism and a lack of accountability that make for a somewhat hostile work environment.
