Labor and Employment Lawyer The candidate should have the ability to handle a broad range of employment law matters, including drafting and enforcing employment agreements and covenants, responding to EEOC and DOL charges, FMLA, defending investigations, preparing position statements, defending clients in fact-finding conferences and on-site visits, representing clients in mediations and conciliations, and negotiating settlements and arbitrations. Desirable qualifications include litigation experience, preferably employment law related, including drafting responsive pleadings, handling all aspects of the discovery process, and drafting discovery and dispositive motions.
