ProfileAssociate - ERISA / Employee Benefits The candidate must have 3+ years of ERISA/employee benefits experience. Healthcare/Affordable Care Act experience is required. Qualified Plan compliance experience with IRS and Department of Labor needed. Should be familiar with: multiemployer plans, executive compensation/Section 409A, benefits in mergers and acquisitions, welfare/fringe benefits plans, and qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs). Should preferably have excellent academic credentials. Large law firm experience is preferred.
