I would like to see them set up public transportation passes for their coworkers that depend on public transportation. I would also like to see them implement more health insurance options as well.Pros : This firm is very family friendly and they will work around whatever you have going on in your personal life. I also found the pay to be very good especially for those that just started their career as an attorney.
