ProfileEmployee Benefits and Executive Compensation Associate The candidate must have 2-4 years of demonstrated Employee Benefits/ERISA experience at a nationally recognized law firm, accounting firm, or government agency. Will be expected to contribute to a wide variety of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including drafting, negotiating and counseling on compensation arrangements, welfare benefit programs, ERISA Title 1 issues, and mergers and acquisitions. Serve as a key team member and contact person for many of the firm's practice areas, including corporate and securities, real estate, financial services, commercial finance, employment, restructuring and tax. Must have excellent academic credentials. Candidates with accounting or consulting backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
