ProfileAttorney Duties: Draft, negotiate and advise business clients on complex cloud computing deals and strategic alliances with major commercial customers and partners globally. Provide strategic advice on newly emerging Information Technology business models including Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Digital Transformation Provide strategic advice and guidance on rapidly changing privacy and security regulatory issues impacting Microsoft products and services, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation. Engage with CELA colleagues in regional commercial, corporate commercial and products and services groups to identify and share best practices, and contribute to the broader CELA community. Advise on a broad range of complex legal, business, and transactional issues, intellectual property, data protection, privacy, and security.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Law degree (JD Degree, LLB or equivalent) from accredited US law school with excellent academic credentials. Admission to the state Bar of at least one U.S. state. 3+ years of experience as a commercial and/or technology lawyer in-house and/or at a law firm with experience in technology and intellectual property.
