Corporate Attorney The candidate will negotiate and manage commercial and vendor contracts, customer and vendor dispute resolution and other legal matters, reporting directly to General Counsel. Prepare and negotiate software license agreements, software distribution/reseller agreements, professional services agreements, statements of work, etc. Assist with Corporate governance and M&A matters as necessary. Supervise other legal professionals as necessary. Work in close coordination with sales executives, business managers and members of the finance and accounting teams. Resolve customer dispute and license compliance matters. Provide on-going training to sales team on contract and negotiation matters. Create form agreements. Must have JD Degree. Should have 3+ years of combined in-house and law firm experience. Licensed to practice law in Florida is essential. Should be authorized House Counsel in the state of Florida. Significant prior experience drafting and negotiating software license agreements is essential. Prior experience drafting and negotiating software distribution/reseller agreements is needed. Should have prior experience corporate law and related governance matters.
