ProfileAttorney - Investigations The candidate will assist in firm's continuing commitment to comply with laws, regulations and policies governing its business, finance, and accounting activities globally. Will provide oversight of, and hands-on direction and advice in, the internal investigations process, conduct internal investigations and provide advice on compliance issues and programs. Responsibilities also include serving as an advisor to various compliance committees, participation in the provision of counseling and training to firm's employees, and assisting in the preparation and delivery of reports on compliance investigations and programs. Occasional travel may be necessary to complete certain investigations, and engage with firm's business clients and LCA colleagues in the field.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have J.D. or equivalent law degree and experience in the field. Must have 5+ years of work experience in internal or corporate investigations or compliance. Must have familiarity and experience in dealing with compliance and/or internal investigations in or on behalf of a multi-national company or other large complex organization.
