Processing Supervisor- Converse Duties: Coordinates and supervises the daily activities of business support staff. Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion; coordinates work activities with other supervisors. Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years directly relevant work experience. One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 year of experience; Master's Degree + 0-3 years' experience; Associates degree + 1-3 years' experience; High School + 3-5 years' experience. 4+ years Customer Service/Logistics/Operational experience. Ability to build, coach and monitor a team. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong command of English language. Verbal and written communication skills required. Computer skills: MS Word, Windows, Excel, Power Point.
