Associate General Counsel The candidate will interface with senior executive team and business teams to execute on the organization’s strategic priorities. Will report directly to, and work closely with, the Vice President/General Counsel to provide general corporate counseling to the Company’s corporate functions, commercial counseling to the Company’ business operations, litigation management and execution of all aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Qualification and Experience

Requirements: BA/BS and JD Degrees required from an accredited institution. Member of at least one state Bar. 5-10 years of general corporate, commercial, M&A, and transactional experience, preferably in-house. 5 - 10 years of law firm and/or significant in-house experience. General commercial counseling experience a strong plus. Ability to work and interact with corporate management and others at all levels. Demonstrated broad business orientation and ability to aggressively establish instant credibility as an imaginative, resourceful, and insightful attorney and business partner with cross-functional perspective. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Extensive commercial and transactional experience. Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritize and organize multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial culture with a flat management structure. Positive, collaborative, can-do attitude. Results-oriented, entrepreneurial mindset, uncompromising integrity, excellent communication and leadership skills.
