Corporate Compliance Director The candidate will be reporting to the Finance, Audit and Corporate Compliance Committee of the Board of Directors and the President and Chief Executive Officer. Plans, directs, and enforces the corporate compliance program. Develops, implements, and monitors policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and accreditation standards, which may include Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement, Joint Commission, NCQA, and HIPAA, etc. Must have Master's degree in related field or Law degree. Should preferably have Certified Health Care Compliance Officer. Must have 5-7 years in supervisory/managerial experience. Experience in regulation review on health care issues and previous compliance experience is required.
