ProfileContracts Manager The candidate will review, prepare, and administer a diverse set of business related contracts including those needed for sales, corporate events, marketing functions, hotels, facilities, human resources, and IT. Interact with internal and external customers to ensure contracts are concluded in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Negotiate the terms and conditions of various business and technology contracts, including professional services agreements, statements of work, NDAs, software license agreements, and marketing related agreements. Work with other members of the group to define, develop, implement, execute and maintain all facets of contract management including automated tools, work flows, and the review and approval processes. Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree; JD degree preferred. Must have 3-5 years of experience working in a corporate legal or contracts department with contracts administration experience. Experience with reviewing and negotiating technology license agreements. Experience working directly with customers and establishing relationships with both sales personnel and customer personnel. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong writing skills with attention to detail required. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely via email, letter, in person, and over the telephone. Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines while producing high-quality work. Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize appropriately. Technology transactions preferred. In-bound and out-bound software licensing preferred. Marketing review and support preferred.
