Commercial Counsel The candidate will review, analyze, and negotiate international sales agreements with company’s largest Alliance partners. Must have experience: Leading negotiations for the sale of information technology products and services (including alliance, reseller, channel, hardware, and service engagements). Experience working with large solution providers, outsourcers, and large global service providers is helpful. Interacting effectively with senior management and have a successful track record as both an advisor and commercial transition leader. Dealing with international business practices, intellectual property, resellers, and commercial contract law. Collaborating with sales, operations, finance, tax, and services to ensure that agreements adequately protect company’s interests. Reviewing and providing input on terms and conditions contained in RFP’s and sales proposals. Should be Experienced commercial lawyer or contract manager with 5+ years of domestic and international sales negotiation, transactional, and/or in-house corporate legal experience. Requires extensive knowledge of the information technology industry and detailed knowledge of commercial contracts terms.
