ProfileCompliance Officer The candidate's role: Compliance Risk Framework Management: Own key Compliance Risk Frameworks; build own subject matter expertise and drive the lifecycle management of all framework elements in relation to the assigned Compliance Risk Frameworks in close cooperation with Compliance Tools & Analytics and Compliance Assurance teams; Maintain oversight and contribute to the continuous improvement of policies and standards and supporting documentation (including Business processes), business exception requests, training and awareness activities, tool development and maintenance, assurance activities, Compliance reporting and risk assessments in relation to assigned Compliance Risks; Act as Business Owner of tools related to assigned Compliance Risks; Support building of knowledge in regard to assigned Compliance Risks within Compliance; Drive collaboration with the Compliance Risk coordinators to ensure adequate maintenance and implementation of the Compliance Risk Frameworks. Projects: Participate in Compliance projects and support the delivery of Annual Compliance Plan.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have University degree preferably in Economics, Business Administration or Law. Fluency in English (written and spoken) required, other languages a plus. Should have 5+ years compliance or risk experience. Working knowledge of compliance risks, specific knowledge on Conduct Risk, Licensing and International Trade Controls & Economic Sanctions a plus. Drafting experience, particularly with policies and standards. Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills. Understanding of core re/insurance business activities a plus. Experience in an international financial services environment a plus.
