The firm needs to put more emphasis on making sure that there is a chance for some associates to move up with the firm, as the firm might miss an opportunity to keep associates that will benefit them should those individuals choose another firm to work for with greater opportunities.Pros : I found that the culture the firm sets in the workplace assists new associates in understanding what is expected of them, which immediately set me on the right path right after starting to work for the firm. This resulted in my work benefiting. The pay and benefits were also excellent.
