Country Growth Manager, Japan Duties: Lead Wish consumer growth in Japan. Identify Japan's user growth enablement needs. Identify, on-board, and grow local ad channels and agencies. Identify and build local partnerships with key horizontal players. Drive localization of product growth evolution, ASO, and consumer facing Japanese nuances. Strategy development - strategic partnerships as needed. Report on key project and growth project summaries to executive management.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: BS, MBA or JD Degree in quantitative field. 3/4 years' experience leading growth for a top mobile e-commerce or top mobile app. Previous mobile growth role at a top mobile app company. 100% fluent in Japanese and English, Japanese born & raised. US and JP company experience. Expert ads, growth, and mobile landscape Knowledge. Executive level contacts across the board. Strong fluency in Excel, and PPT, and data-driven analysis. Extremely smart & data driven is a must.
