Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: A BA/BS degree is required. MBA or JD Degree are preferred. A technical degree is a bonus. 5+ years of business experience. A proven track record of driving successful business development transactions and corporate-level alliances. Business- and market-development knowledge with an understanding of partnership strategy and a general knowledge of channel development, marketing, sales, services, and engineering processes. Working knowledge of intellectual property, including the business model issues and tradeoff points with respect to negotiating deals. Superb relationship, communication, and negotiation skills in working with executives, external constituents, and other business functions. An ability to lead, influence and drive results in a complex R&D and business environment.
