Clear and effective drafting skills, strong oral communication abilities, and a capacity to learn new substantive legal topics as needed are required. Experience using and proficiency with MS Office.

The firm should work on having events in which more staff would be open to participating. Retreats, potlucks, or meet and greets would seem like a great way to be able to meet more of the staff which has not met other staff and employees in the office.Pros : A law firm in which staff and employees work alongside together and have created a pleasant environment.
