Contracts Manager The candidate will primarily support company's infrastructure technology development and procurement functions. Must be able to work independently and have excellent communication skills as this position involves direct contact with principal business owners. Must be inquisitive, enthusiastic about technology, enjoy working hard, being continually challenged, working in a team-oriented environment, and demonstrate sound judgment even in ambiguous situations. Bachelor's Degree and 5+ years of contracts management, paralegal, or other comparable experience within a law firm or legal department required. In-house legal experience or law degree preferred. 5+ years experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating the legal terms inbound technology licensing and procurement contracts or a broad range of standard commercial contracts preferred. Excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects at once, follow through and meet deadlines required. Strong: written and oral communication skills; analytical and computer skills required.
