Qualification and Experience
The candidate must have minimum 8 years of experience, a mix of corporate law firm and in-house experience is a plus, Working experience with mergers & acquisitions, Expert negotiation skills, Experience dealing with global employment law, including independent contracting and HR issues, Ability to demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations, Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done,Must maintain confidentiality.
