Contracts Administrator The candidate will be responsible for helping to support the transactional activities of the company, including sales, channel, and procurement transactions. Will support firm’s sales teams by helping to review, draft and negotiate various sales and channel agreements in support of the revenue generating activities of the company. Draft, review, negotiate and manage various other legal agreements such as non-disclosure agreements, vendor agreements and consulting agreements. Work closely with the rest of the legal team to identify, assess, communicate and manage potential legal issues and risks for the company. Assist with other legal team matters including systems and tools support, legal department administration and special projects as they arise. Must have JD degree with 1-3 years of experience or more experience as a contracts administrator or paralegal. In-house experience in the SaaS and/or technology industry is preferred. Strong technical and systems skills, eg Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SalesForce, contracts management is needed.
