Contracts Manager The candidate will be responsible for all facets of contract formation and contract management including drafting, interpretation, negotiation, contract review, and administration of complex supplier agreements. Will provide independent and objective contract evaluation as well as experienced advice and sound guidance to various functions, as applicable. Advise ISC sourcing and procurement and internal stakeholders of contractual rights and obligations and providing interpretation of terms and conditions. Work closely with ISC Sourcing and Procurement - Electrical and Mechanical Supplier Development groups, contributing to the development and execution of short and long range objectives as well as the development of strategic and tactical plans. Focus on the continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance. Use six sigma / lean methodologies to reduce inefficiencies and improve responsiveness. Collaborate with various teams and functions at multiple sites, ensuring organizational effectiveness and standardization. Support the maximization of cost targets and cash flow while minimizing risk in the negotiation of contracts. Support Aerospace Contracts and ISC Sourcing and Procurement Functional Transformation and Excellence initiatives, as required. Contribute to the development of strong working relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders, ensuring provision of top-class service and high customer satisfaction.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Business or other related field with seven years of experience in commercial contracting. J.D. degree or MBA is preferred. Advanced graduate degree with 4 years of experience in commercial contracting is required. Advanced ability to analyze, draft, and negotiate complex agreements is needed. Should have commercial contracting and procurement experience including Intellectual Property, Export Control, and Uniform Commercial Code requirements. Strong working knowledge of procurement contract administration including legal, procurement, accounting requirements, and international contracting laws desirable. Six Sigma Greenbelt certification an asset.
