Contract Administrator III (TS/SCI Clrearance) The candidate supports pre- and post-award efforts. Advises on contractual and business related issues. Identifies and mitigates against risks. Negotiates favorable contract terms and conditions Plans and executes successful negotiations. Collaborates across functions to assist the business area in achieving its strategic financial objectives. Liaises with the customers, providing proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance U.S. government regulations, company policies, legal requirements and customer specifications. Provides proposal strategy and coordination- non-disclosure, teaming, and bailment agreements. Performs contract negotiations, contract administration and change management. Protects proprietary information and maintains official records. Compiles and analyzes data for key NGES performance metrics.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have 6+ years' related work experience (contracts or contracts field) with a Bachelor’s degree, 4+ years of related work experience with a Masters, CPCM or JD degree. College degree field of study should be in Business, Contracts, Finance or related field is essential. Must have an active and current Top Secret/SCI government security clearance. Strong working knowledge of acquisition regulations (FAR/DFAR) is essential. Must have experience with all contract types including firm fixed price, cost type, and time and material contracts. Should have professional working experience and knowledge of all contract budget type. Must have demonstrated proficiency and strength with verbal, written, PC, presentation and communications skills.Should have thorough understanding of the FAR, DFARS, commercial terms and conditions, and the ability to negotiate all types of USG and commercial contractual agreements
