Director, Contract Administration The candidate will be responsible for activities related to the organization’s contracts administration function. Administer Contract Compliance for the company. Oversee the preparation of proposals and negotiation and administration of contracts in accordance with the company’s policies and procedures. Directs contract administration staff and provides guidance on complex contracts. May assist in the negotiation of contract terms and assessments of contract proposals. Participate in the development and implementation of all operational policies for contracts in procuring professional and nonprofessional services, construction, physician, trial, supply chain, IT and all other contracts required. Juris doctor (JD) and 7+ years of related experience required.
