Review:

"Friendly Co-Workers But Some Red Tape Involved."

Current Employee - Reviewed on October 26, 2017

Management should delegate litigation cases in a more efficient manner and if employees are laid off, I would ask that a severance package is offered.

Pros : I am happy about the pay and benefits offered by this firm. Also, my co-workers are very friendly and down to earth.
Cons : It is a large firm so sometimes; there is a lot of red tape on assignments. Also, the firm recently laid off several employees without offering any sort of severance package.
