ProfileContracts Specialist The candidate will identify operational risks and advising the regional LATAM leadership on options and consequences. Assist in the development, localization and implementation of business strategies for the LATAM region. Structuring, reviewing, revising and negotiating contracts with sales force for the company's software licenses, subscriptions, professional services, and training offerings. Structuring, reviewing, revising, and negotiating NDA, reselling, partner and sponsoring agreements. Providing first point of contact support for non-revenue contract related issues arising in LATAM (e.g. employment agreements, leasing and purchasing agreements etc.). Train internal staff on legal and contacting policies and issues, communicating with field personnel to educate on policies and procedures. Work closely with operations department colleagues in other regions on a variety of contract topics and serve as a regional contact for the LATAM region. Support the continuous improvement of standard form agreements, playbooks, contract templates and processes. Master’s degree in Business, Law or related field or foreign equivalent and 7+ years of experience in job offered, as Contracts Specialist or closely related occupation required. Experience negotiating international contracts required. Work experience in business setting required. Professional fluency in Portuguese and Spanish required. Knowledge/ expertise must be sufficient to perform the job duties involved in the occupation in the normally accepted manner required.
