Corporate Lawyer Duties: Assist Legal Counsel in reviewing contracts and drafting legal documents while integrating with the company’s different units. Assisting with incorporations, venture capital financings, and general corporate client maintenance. Assist with the preparation and revision of standard contracts and company policies, including releases, confidentiality agreements and privacy policies, etc. Maintaining corporate records and stock and option administration Design, Create and implement improvements related to the provision of legal support services within the organization. Support transactions activities, including non-disclosures, data rooms, due diligence and post-closing integration and administration.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: JD Degree Required. Licensed to practice law in California. 2 Years Relevant experience. Experience drafting and reviewing contracts. Familiarity with Lending related regulation and secured transaction is a plus. Internally motivated, able to accomplish tasks with little supervision, highly organized and very attentive to detail. Strong work ethic and ability to self-start. Must also be ready to work in a fast paced environment and be willing to learn various computer systems. Ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments while delivering consistent, quality work-product to General Counsel. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
