Senior Corporate Counsel The candidate will negotiate and draft master subscription agreements, professional services agreements and other types of agreements with customers in support of US Sales and Professional Services organization, such as confidentiality agreements, order forms and statements of work. Will partner with revenue recognition, sales operations, technology operations, and other stakeholder teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes. Partner with Sales and other internal business constituents throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure customer success and protection of company. Ensure negotiations are conducted in line with our core values of trust and transparency.

Qualification and Experience

The candidate should have an undergraduate degree and a law degree from highly regarded schools. Admission to the Bar in one or more states is required. Must have 10+ years of combined experience in law firm and/or in-house legal department including experience negotiating and drafting technology license/Internet service agreements and professional services agreements. Familiarity with, or willingness to learn, technical concepts in Web applications is required. Substantive expertise in commercial law, including software as a service transactions, experience with CRM, platform and marketing services agreements is needed. Should have substantial experience in supporting sales departments as an internal client.
