I think that management should be more willing to reach out to specialists in more obscure areas of law since it could help for some of our clients.Pros : One of the things I noticed right away from working for the firm is that my fellow associates will do everything they can to make sure you are able to work efficiently on a case. It is a work spirit that I have decided to return the favor many times as well. I love the people I work with and do everything I can to help out. The superiors also have enough trust in the associates to make sure that small decisions can be trusted to use without too much delegating.
