Perform technical evaluation of patents and invention disclosures. Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science is essential. Advanced degrees preferred. Must have 3+ years or more preparing and prosecuting US patent applications. Registration to practice before the USPTO preferred.
