Candidate should have excellent academic credentials (top 33% of class preferred, top 10% strongly preferred) and preferably 2-4 years of experience prosecuting patent applications for electronics or computer software. Excellent writing, interpersonal, and communication skills are required. Relevant industry experience or an advanced degree is preferred.

Some of the work can get boring. Some of your employees will work better and provide better results when they are given a challenge.

Pros : The people I worked with at this firm were really friendly and everyone worked together as a team. There was a semi-casual atmosphere at the company, and the staff understood on the occasions when I'd have to work around family.
Cons : Working there could get boring and monotonous at times. It seemed that there was no chance at any upward mobility with this firm.
