Associate Attorney The candidate must be a junior-level attorney to join an Intellectual Property law firm. Should preferably have an undergraduate or advanced degree in electrical engineering or computer science. Candidates with an undergraduate or advanced degree in mechanical engineering (or other engineering discipline) along with strong computer software experience will be considered. Should preferably also have 3 years of experience preparing and prosecuting patent applications and strong writing skills. USPTO registration is strongly preferred.
