Quite a lot to learn and very fast paced working environment. Lots of politics, hard work does not necessary mean career progression, but you will find it at every other firm.Pros : Great environment to work in, the company's leaders really care about their people. Employee benefits are fantastic and a lot of growth happening. Holland & Hart LLP was an excellent career move for me.
