Review:

"A Firm That Is Not Diverse and Does Not Pay Well"

Current Employee - Reviewed on August 04, 2017

The firm should seek to broaden its inclusivity by reaching out to individuals of color for employment, and to more diverse clients as well.

Pros : The senior partners are very knowledgeable in their respective fields. You will gain a valuable mentor if you play your cards right.
Cons : The firm seems not to value diversity. There is little diversity among staff and even less among its client rolls. Many associates will not like this.
