If the leadership team put more focus on improving the work environment everyone would probably be a lot happier. They could do this by making themselves more available so the office doesn't feel so impersonal.Pros : There is a lot of room for advancement here. This is a big firm and the training program is very good. It's not hard for a new associate to rise upward in the ranks if they are smart and dedicated.
