Review:

"Very Business Oriented Company Posing as Law Firm"

Current Employee - Reviewed on July 21, 2017

If you are into business and corporate culture than you need to work at this firm. If you are more law driven and prefer a traditional law firm structure than I would not suggest working for this company.

Pros : I started working for this firm several years ago. Was very proud to work for such an old and large firm. There are many national and international clients. It is full of very smart people. It also has a strong large corporate like culture. It also pays very well and provides many great benefits. The work is also very challenging and very large scale.
Cons : The problem I had with this company is that it is set up like a fortune 500 company and not a law firm. The culture is very corporate and those with that kind of previous experience or background do much better than those like me with purely legal background. If you are well versed in corporate jargon and structure you will love this place if not then it is not a very good place to work.
