Profile

Mid-sized and growing education law firm with statewide practice representing school and community college districts seeks top-notch candidate for its Client Services team, preferably in its San Francisco or Sacramento office (other DWK office locations may be considered). Attention to detail, excellent writing, research, and communication skills are required.

Bachelor degree and 3+ years of marketing / professional services experience required. Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Prepare and coordinate pitches, proposals and Request for Proposal (“RFP”) responses.
  • Maintain and update the firm’s CRM database. Develop appropriate mailing lists, distribute event associated mailings and track RSVPs.
  • Draft and prepare e-communication marketing campaigns and analytics reporting.
  • Handle daily maintenance of social media, website and intranet (i.e., Twitter, Linkedln postings, website edits such as attorney bio edits, posting events or articles using Word Press).
  • Produce/design materials (ads, invitations, brochures) in-house and work with outside printers/vendors to produce firm collateral materials.
  • Assist with coordinating logistics for firm-sponsored events, including trade shows, training workshops, seminars, webinars, receptions and conferences.
