The firm needs to find a way to maintain the relaxed environment of the workplace, while also trying to make sure that professionalism is still the most important goal.Pros : The firm focuses on intellectual property cases and other such fields. I love working in such a field of law. It was always an interesting work place when it came to the dynamics of our cases and how we associated with clients and fellow lawyers. The pay was great and so were the resources that were afforded to us.
