Junior Attorney The candidate will serve as one of the initial legal points of contact for contract requests and/or review of contracts, mutual nondisclosure agreements and other agreements. Will creates, negotiates and/or administers contractual documents that establish business relationships with vendors, clients and/or partners. Will works with sales and client service teams to structure contracts and statements of work in accordance with contract specifications. Will reviews contractual documents to ensure adherence to company practice, client specifications and requirements, and conformance to master agreements. Will responds to inquiries regarding contract obligations and revisions. Will be drafting, reviewing, negotiation and monitoring of nondisclosure agreements. Will maintenance of master lists of contracts and agreements.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Should have licensed to practice law in NJ. Should have minimum 2 years law firm or in house experience. Pharmaceutical experience. Should have specialized legal knowledge and ability to assist counsel in examination, review, evaluation and preparation of legal documents relating to the business of the corporation. Should have experience with intellectual property issues and privacy regulations. Should have excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to conduct legal and factual research. Should be proficient in the use of MS Office; Word, Excel and email/calendar applications.
