Profile

Seeking Associate with experience in business bankruptcy, commercial litigation, distressed real estate, and/or creditors-rights representation. Candidates should have 2+ years of substantive experience in bankruptcy or bankruptcy litigation as a practicing lawyer or judicial law clerk; in addition, some experience with insurance-coverage litigation is preferred. Should have excellent academic credentials, strong writing skills, strong listening skills, and excellent references. Must demonstrate the ability and the desire to interact directly with clients and to further develop client and referral relationships. Should have a track record of high achievement, the desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment, the ability to work as part of a team, and possess superior written and verbal communication skills. A current state bar license is required, but licensed outside Louisiana who desire to move back to Baton Rouge are invited to apply.
