ProfileHuman Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) The candidate will rotate into two diverse and challenging assignments intended to provide a breadth of experiences in a number of different HR functions and businesses. Will rotations include a rotation in our HR Operations Center as a specialist focused on a number of our core disciplines and a rotation as an HR Generalist to apply those skills in a customer facing role. Will responsible for partnering with managers to execute critical HR processes that enable business success. Will work collaboratively with multiple HR functions and teams to provide high-impact HR solutions to their business partners. Will rotation to two distinct business areas across the U.S. Will competency based development planning. Will executive exposure and dialogue with senior HR leadership./ will executive and peer mentoring. Will extensive experiential learning. Will cross functional learning opportunities and engagements. Will ongoing developmental feedback from multiple sources. Off-program placement process that aligns individual goals with business needs. Must be mobile and willing to relocate during the program. Must have 3.0 Cumulative GPA or greater. Copies of transcripts. Should have prior business experience in HR. should have demonstrated leadership skills. Should have excellent communication skills. Must be within 18 months from graduation of a Master’s level program. Must have MS/MA/MBA with emphasis in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Development or other HR related field. Should have MBA or JD with practical HR experience. Should have 2 years work experience in Human Resources.
